The online Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management awarded by the University of Leicester is a unique programme offering the chance to those that want to work or already work in the HR field to further their understanding and academic background in the constantly changing field of Human Resource Management. There are two intakes per year, in November and February.
‘The Certificate (Level 1) in Human Resource Management introduces you to some of the key functions and theories within HRM and HR training in organisations. Learning at work as well as the current debates within education, training and skills is also covered.’

Fees & Provisions
Fees are payable in instalments, to the University. Included is all the academic and administrative support from the University, educational materials, use of electronic services (blackboard) and electronic admission to the central University library.
